At Dusky Tanyard, your satisfaction is our priority. We take immense pride in our handcrafted leather products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, our simple return process ensures a smooth experience.

🔁 7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within a week of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

  • The leather product must be in the same pristine condition as when it was delivered.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order leather goods (bespoke items).

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper leather care.

  • Items returned after the 7-day eligibility window.


💸 Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Issued via your original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery are processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Want a different size or a new design? You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to current stock availability.


🚚 Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for standard returns or exchanges.

  • Our Responsibility: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Dusky Tanyard will cover all return shipping charges to make it right.
