Cancellation Policy

At Dusky Tanyard, we strive to process your orders quickly so you can enjoy your purchase without delay. However, if you need to cancel your order, please review the following terms:

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • After 6 hours, the order is usually processed and sent for dispatch, and cancellation may not be possible.

📦 Already Shipped Orders

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • In such cases, you may still be eligible for exchange (as per our Exchange Policy) once the product is received.

  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once processing begins.

  • Dusky Tanyard reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, invalid address, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be informed in such cases.
