🔁 7-Day Return Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
The product must be in the same condition as when delivered.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Customized or made-to-order items
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Items returned after the 7-day period

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (or via bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash for COD orders).
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

🔄 Exchange Option

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size or design, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery (subject to stock availability).

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
In case of a wrong or faulty item, Dusky Tanyard will cover the return shipping charges.
